Warranty questions

HOW DO I GET MY CHARGEABLE EXTENDED WARRANTY?

To order a chargeable extended warranty, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Fronius Solar.web user account.
  2. Select “Product registration” in the upper right corner. Here you will find your inverter under “Registered products”.
  3. Click on the red “Select warranty” button. You will now be redirected to the web shop for your user account.
  4. Use the ”+” and ”-” buttons to select the warranty period that you want to order and add your selection to the shopping basket.
  5. Select your shopping basket from the top bar and complete the order.

 

PROBLEMS ORDERING THE EXTENDED WARRANTY

Retrieving the warranty certificate

To view your warranty certificate and find out when your warranty period ends, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Fronius Solar.web with your login details.
  2. Select the “Product Registration” tab in the upper right corner.
  3. You will find your inverter under “Registered products”.
  4. Click on the “Warranty Certificate” button to download your certificate as a PDF file.
Adjusting the start of the warranty period

Our inverters come with a two-year warranty period as standard, which begins when the devices are dispatched from our factory. If this date differs significantly from the installation date, please contact your installer.
