Your questions about Jobs at Fronius

If there is currently no job advertisement that fits your profile, you can send us an initative application at any time. Please use this initiative position in our Careers Portal for your online application. We are looking forward to your application! 

If you are interested in an internship or a holiday job with us, simply look at our career portal and enter "Holiday" or "Internship" as the type of employment.

If you already know exactly where you would like to gain experience, please also keep an eye on our career portal: We are constantly advertising topic-related (professional) internships and also award internships for theses.

Once we have received your application, it will be examined in detail by our HR specialists. You will hear back from us once this process is complete. Since we know that every application involves a lot of hope and effort, we strive to provide timely feedback.

If it is a job match and you start with us, you can sign your employment contract in advance or on the first day of work. It is important to us that all your questions are answered, which is why we personally discuss the contract with you.

We want you to find your way around quickly and to feel comfortable in your new team. That's why you have a mentor at your side from day one who supports you comprehensively: He or she guides you through the company, introduces you to the most important contacts from other departments, and helps you with the time recording system, procurement of office supplies and much more.

A highlight of the onboarding is our Fronius Day: Here, together with other newcomers, you get to know our business units, our values and also our management, which is available to answer questions during the workshop. Further internal training rounds off your successful start with us.

Further training is very important to us. With us you benefit from numerous workshops, training courses and programs for your professional and personal development, for example:

  • As an employee, you can choose from more than 60 exciting events on the topics of personality, perspective, knowledge, tools and sustainability as part of the Fronius training program.
  • Start as a semi-skilled employee and join the ten-month paid training program. After successful completion, you will be promoted to technical specialist.
  • Your General Qualification for University Entrance will allow you to join the Dual Academy as a trainee; alternatively, use our internal traineeship scheme to become a specialist following the completion of your Fronius apprenticeship.
